Groupon/Living Social & Other Voucher Policies

 

• In the event you cannot attend a class, as long as you let us know within 48 hours, we'd be happy to reschedule your class free of charge. Because our classes require planning, and have limited seating, less than 48 hours notice will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.

 

• Groupon, LivingSocial, and other vouchers/coupons are valid for Open Classes, and not applicable to Private Parties or Special Events (special events are indicated with an asterik on the calendar). Other resrictions may apply. 

 

• The price paid for Groupon, LivingSocial, and other expired vouchers will be credited toward a full Class price unless otherwise discussed. Please contact us for options before your voucher expires.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

• Deposits are non refundable, but may be used towards a future private party or open class. 

 

• In the event you need to cancel/reschedule your private party, we will need two weeks advance notice in order to apply your balance to another party.

 

• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your event will result in forfeiture of your balance. Refunds will not be issued, unless otherwise discussed.

 

Miscellaneous

• Want us to come to your home or business? There is a $20 mobile fee for private parties, unless otherwise discussed.
